Can appointments be canceled or rescheduled?
Yes! Both administrators and customers can manage appointment cancellations and rescheduling.
1️⃣ Admin Management – Via the Appointments Tab
Administrators can cancel or reschedule appointments directly in the Appointments Tab of the SLOTS app. This allows full control over booking changes.
📌 Steps for Admins:
✅ Navigate to the Appointments Tab in the SLOTS app.
✅ Select the appointment you want to modify.
✅ Choose to Reschedule or Cancel the appointment.

2️⃣ Customer Management – Via Email Notification
Customers can reschedule or cancel their appointments through email notifications, if you enable this option in the Notification Settings.
📌 Steps for Customers:
✅ Receive an appointment confirmation email.
✅ Click the Reschedule or Cancel button inside the email.
✅ Select a new time slot (if rescheduling) or confirm the cancellation.




Note: Customer can manage appointments only if admin gives permission on Notification/Custumer notification/Email settings

💡 Tip: Allowing customers to reschedule or cancel their own appointments reduces admin workload and improves customer satisfaction.
